Creamistry makes ice cream to order using fresh ingredients and liquid nitrogen. As soon as you walk into a Creamistry location, you feel like you are in a fun science classroom because the liquid nitrogen is creating “smoke” throughout the shop.

You can order ice cream in a bowl, but the most Instagrammable desserts are the signature creations and giant ice cream sandwiches. A signature creation is basically a fancy ice cream sundae with different toppings and sauces. You can order donut pizza with “cheese, pepperoni, and black olives”. For the donut sushi, you can order “rolls” that look like a salmon and raw fish (that is actually a Swedish fish candy).
